A: Yes, there will be an opportunity to receive hot seat coaching during the class.

Q: Is RESOLVE a Christian based course?

A: RESOLVE is not a Christian based course. This intensive includes the use of, but not limited to Spiritual based principles, philosophies, exercises (chakras, yoga, meditation).

Q: Will this course help me have a better relationship with my mother?

A: This course is designed to help you build a healthy relationship with yourself and doesn't focus on creating a better relationship with your mother or anyone else. Your relationships will naturally evolve when you have a healthy sense of health.
